Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 April 2026

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how ON-LINE ELECTRIC LLC (“we”, “us”, “ElectricPro”) processes personal data when you visit electricpro.click (the “Site”). Our contact email is published in the Site footer.

2. Data we collect

Information you provide: If you use our contact form or email us, we process the details you submit (such as name, email address, and message content) solely to respond to your inquiry.

Technical data: Like most websites, our hosting environment may process standard server logs (for example IP address, browser type, date/time of access) for security and stability. We do not use these logs for profiling or advertising on our own.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small amount of storage in your browser (cookies or local storage) to remember your cookie preferences (accept, reject, or customised settings). If you choose to allow optional analytics in the cookie banner, we may use that choice only to enable analytics we describe; you can change your mind via the settings option.

We do not load third-party advertising or social media trackers from the cookie banner script itself.

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: (a) legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site and replying to enquiries; (b) consent for non-essential cookies when you opt in via the banner; (c) pre-contractual steps at your request when you ask us to follow up.

5. Retention

Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation and meet legal or accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who host our Site or provide email delivery, strictly under contract and only as needed to provide those services.

7. International transfers

If data is processed outside your country, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by law.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise rights, contact us using the email published on the Site.

9. Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will reflect the latest version.
